On Dartmoor’s western fringe the clear cold night and early morning sun combine to
create a valley full of rolling mist outlining the wonderful shapes of the ancient
trees. A stag and hind emerge from the wood during this seasons rut. A tremendous
amount of effort, feeling and detail went into this painting.
